Gate Maintenance Plan Details



Tier 1– Annual Roller / Hinge Adjustment, Lubrication, Inspection of gate frame. Any needed parts will be additional. A 10% discount on parts and gate frame repairs.*
 
Tier 2– Bi-Annual Roller / Hinge Adjustment, Lubrication, Inspection of gate frame. Any needed parts will be additional. A 10% discount on parts and gate frame repairs.*
 
Tier 3– Includes Tier 1 plus any and all need parts are covered. Any gate frame repair needed due to normal wear and tear is covered at no additional charge. A 10% discount on all repairs made not covered due to gate being hit or vandalized etc…*
 
Tier 4– Bi-Annual Tier 3*
 
All plans include unlimited emergency service at no additional charge.*
 
All maintenance customers receive priority service over non-maintenance customers.
 
All plans are customizable.

 
*Coverage is for normal wear and tear. All vandalism, gates being run over / in to, acts of God are not covered. All gates must undergo initial inspection and be brought to proper working order before being covered under a maintenance plan. Additional charges will apply for afterhours or holiday emergency service. No plan includes any service on the electric gate operator.
